Two forms rise from the band, their weathered surfaces recalling fragments of ancient clay tablets. Just as the first scribes pressed reeds into clay to preserve their thoughts, the ring begins its own journey in wax, where every mark is held before being transformed into silver.
It bears the name Nisaba, the Sumerian goddess of writing and patroness of scribes. Under her watch, the earliest stories, hymns and records were entrusted to clay, preserving voices that still speak to us thousands of years later. The ring pays tribute to that enduring conversation with antiquity, where even the smallest impression could outlive an empire.
